WHY NORTH STARS?
FUN fitness for Kids!
North Stars give kids an introduction to fitness, exercising, stretching and helps to build self esteem.
Each child will have a variety of physical activity including swinging, jumping, rolling, finding center and balancing that creates a base for fitness, body awareness as well as safety.
The staff of North Stars Gymnastics Academy is dedicated to the training and teaching of athletes by stressing safety and using positive reinforcement.

- Coaching staff involved in coaching girls that compete have full background checks
